Allotment of Passes
Whatever package you decide on, a certain amount of passes will be replenished each month for you to use when your schedules fits our offered services. Passes are good for both classes and open gyms regardless of the duration it is. Unused passes do not roll-over to subsequent months and are not shareable unless a family package is chosen.
Scheduling Flexibility
We offer 6 days a week to use you pass. No need to feel obligated to stick to one day or time but you can choose to. Our Wellness Living program will automatically know you have passes ready to be used so no payment is needed. MEMBERSHIPS DO NOT NEED YOU TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
Gift Cards
Anyone wishing to purchase a gift card will have to have an account with Wellness Living. This is beyond our control. Set amounts are available or even the first month of a Bronze memberships. Inquire for more information.
Cancelling of a Membership
If you are ready to stop your membership, it will be as easy as emailing contact@steelcityninja.com the day before your next charge. No hastle, no problem!
